Jewelry Box From Trash to Treasure

This Jewelry Box was in the hands of another when I spotted it at LCM...I waited and waited for this man to examine it, thinking about it..and then when I thought all hope was gone, he put it back on the shelf! I scurried over to it and snagged it. I had an upcoming birthday party for my friend's little girl, and thought this would be the perfect thing to re-do for her. I have taken my friend to LCM, and she loved it, so I knew she would appreciate the gift. I pained it green and applied black glittered trim and knobs. I Modge Podged fabric to the top to give it some style.
